This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information whenever you download the App, browse our website, or otherwise use our services. By using GoFev, you're agreeing to the practices described below.

We only collect what's needed to get you where you're going and to keep the platform running smoothly:

• Location data: Your device's GPS location while booking a ride, during a trip, and briefly after drop-off, used for driver matching and trip safety.
• Payment details: Transaction information handled by our payment partners — GoFev does not store your full card number on its own servers.
• Device information: Device model, operating system, and app version, which help us fix bugs and improve performance.
• Trip and usage history: Past rides, ratings, and how you move through the app, used to make your experience more relevant.

The information above powers the core GoFev experience — matching you with nearby drivers, calculating fares, and sending trip updates and receipts. It also helps us:

• Detect and prevent fraud or unsafe behaviour on the platform.
• Respond to support requests and resolve disputes fairly.
• Send service updates or offers, which you can opt out of at any time.
• Meet our legal and regulatory obligations in India.

4. Sharing Your Information

GoFev does not sell your personal data to anyone. We share it only where it's necessary to deliver the service or where the law requires it:

• With drivers: Your name and pickup location are shared with the driver assigned to your trip.
• With payment processors: Only the transaction details needed to complete a charge or refund.
