1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and VRINDAVAN ECOSYSYEM PRIVATE LIMITED, the company that operates the GoFev app and website. By creating an account, opening the app, or booking a ride, you're accepting these Terms in full. If any part of this doesn't work for you, please don't use the platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register a GoFev account.
  • A valid, working mobile number is required for verification and login.
  • The details you provide at sign-up must be accurate — misleading information can lead to account suspension.

3. Use of Services

GoFev connects riders with independent, verified drivers through our technology platform; we don't own or operate the vehicles ourselves. When you use the app, you agree to:

  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
  • Leave the app's code and systems alone — no reverse engineering, scraping, or tampering.
  • Treat drivers with basic courtesy; abusive behaviour isn't tolerated.
  • Enter accurate pick-up and drop-off locations.
  • Avoid using GoFev to transport anything illegal or prohibited.

4. Booking & Payments

  • Fares are calculated using distance, estimated time, and any applicable surcharges shown before you confirm a booking.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, debit or credit card, net banking, or in-app wallet balance.
  • Pricing, including surge pricing during high-demand periods, may change with prior notice.
  • A receipt is emailed and saved in the app after every completed ride.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation terms and any applicable fees are covered in our Refund Policy. Frequent last-minute cancellations may lead to a temporary hold or permanent suspension of your account.

6. Driver Conduct

Drivers on GoFev operate as independent service providers, not employees of VRINDAVAN ECOSYSYEM PRIVATE LIMITED. We run background checks and rating-based monitoring on every driver, but we can't take responsibility for an individual driver's actions once a trip is underway. If something goes wrong, report it through the app's Help section right away — our team reviews every report.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GoFev is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle.
  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
  • Downtime caused by maintenance, third-party outages, or technical faults.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, shows signs of fraud, or puts the safety of other users at risk. Where possible, we'll let you know why.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from them fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email; continuing to use GoFev after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
